Learn to sculpt and decorate a universal Flower Pot themed cake which can be adapted and themed for any occasion.
Discover techniques to assemble, fill and shape layers of cake to create a flower pot which will teach you skills to carve other designs to develop novelty cakes in all kinds of shapes. Our course has been constructed for the apprentice and professional looking to learn advanced production and decoration techniques which can be used in a commercial set-up.
During the 2 day course you will learn to construct and decorate a 3 tier wedding cake and an adaptable profitable celebration cake.
