Brook Food and award winning master Baker Mark Bennett are excited to be launching a 3 day intense bakery course aimed towards those looking to start a commercial bakery business.
The hands-on residential program will see participants learning skills, techniques and products seen in artisan bakeries up and down the country.
This is a one of a kind opportunity to gain expertise from a successful and current master baker and learn first-hand the behind the scenes essentials to produce bakery products commercially.
The course covers a huge amount of products that will be demonstrated through hands on presentations and with the course being held in a commercial test bakery it offers the chance to use equipment found in modern bakeries.
During the three days there will be sessions dedicated to Bread Making, Lamination and Patisserie with many methods and recipes being covered.
Included in the price is two nights bed and breakfast accommodation, lunches and two evening meals.
